PI/Agenda Fusion Outlook Plugin?

Does anyone know of a plug-in/add-on/etc, that will give the desktop Outlook
a similar look and feel to either Pocket Informant or Agenda Fusion?

The best place to look for add-ins for Outlook/Exchange would be
http://www.slipstick.com. I tend to doubt that it exists as many of the
features of those 2 products can be achieved with a little manipulation of
Outlook views and filters.
