php problem

My IE browser will not open embedded WMP files in browser on webpages that
have the .php extension. Any suggestions?

WINXP SP2
I.E. v6.0.2900.2180.xpsp sp2
AMD 2500+ Barton
2 x 512Mb pc3200
ATI 9800 XT 256 Mb
Spyware and Virus free
 
My guess is that the php developers are not using the '_media' target value
for the wmp file url.

Check the 'Don't display online media content in the media bar' option on
the Advance tab of Internet Settings to test.
