the innovastudio app is killer. it's cheap and it's got nice upload
capabilities. it's not as nice (IMHO) as the wysiwyg pro in php but it's
pretty close. as a matter of fact the wysiwyg pro folks are in the process
of making an .asp version which I'll be glad to see. They recommended
innova to me since I needed something .asp. That's pretty stand-up in my
book. ;-)

FCKeditor is nice too, and opensource (asp). That's what their using on
SooP, seems to work well but it was overkill for what I wanted to do.
