Its just an easter egg in the programming - weird isn't it!
 
that is weird but dont you ( the webmaster do the programing)? so wouldnt it be your descision if you have the dog or not?

Nope, we do the website programming - but we don't code the PHP software directly (like you can write programs for Windows, but not write Windows code yourself). :)
