It makes an image of a dog?

i.e https://www.pcreview.co.uk/index.php?=PHPE9568F36-D428-11d2-A769-00AA001ACF42

Give it a go on any website ending with .php

Nope, we do the website programming - but we don't code the PHP software directly (like you can write programs for Windows, but not write Windows code yourself).
