Photo Story 3 - No add music options

I just downloaded photo story 3. there are no options to add background
music. The Help states to choose either select music or create music. I
don't see either of these. What am i missing?
 
I don't know at what stage you are in using PS3.
You first add the photos and click Next, Next, Next and at one point you
will be asked if you want to add music.
 
thank you both - i will wait until i go through all of the photos in the
storyboard and see if it then prompts me for music
