photo gallery

having trouble...not understanding the program...I have a website going, and
I'm trying to add photo gallery to it, when trying to save under the same
name as the original website (which the original page is saved under and
works) when I add photo gallery to it, it's telling me to open a frontpage
based website. I created the page through front page, but it is saved
through a folder on our computer that all other pages and photo's have been
uploaded through to our ftp. What do they mean exactly?? l'm lost

It means what it says ... but I know you're not the first to have problems
with this. To make everything work you must have the web based SITE open,
not just a page. Are you also not using FP's publish feature?
Go explore your HELP files. As someone pointed out earlier this week ...
they are your friend!

It's telling you that you did not create a web/site, what you have is a
collection of "loose" pages. The folder that your web is in should have a
blue globe on it, that indicates that its a web.
