photo gallery duplicating info, hiding info

I built my first web page using FP. The first upload was easy, but when I
went to add a new photo gallery and make some changes to another, everything
on the page is duplicated when I publish it. Also, the thumbnails don't show
up but a path (?) does.

I read the list and followed advice from other posts with similar problems
but nothing has helped. I've tried recreating the pages, deleting the
"photogallery" folder and the old pages, etc. I also deleted *.web pages in
the cache, and did notice that the path looked odd, "My_Webs_myweb_myweb.web"
and "myweb_myweb_myweb.web'- but I don't know what that means. When I looked
up the page path after I deleted those, it only showed 'myweb' once.

The only thing I have not done is delete the entire web site and start over
republishing the whole thing. Unaltered pages are working fine.

You will always be frustrated with DP' Photogallery component.
