photo attachment jammed in outbox, unable to delete, or send messa

Hello - I have been unable to send messages for the past week after trying to
send a photo attachment that was ( in retrospect ) of too big a file size. It
remains sat stubbornly in my outbox, and I can't find any way of deleting it
!. Any help gratefully received. Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
