One easy way if you have your drive formatted with NTFS is to set NTFS permissions on the executables and remove the shortcut from All users start menu, or even permission the shortcut in the start menu for that matter. Right click any file or folder and choose security. Remove Everyone and Users and leave yourself, adminstrators, and system with full control
