I was wondering how to personalize the welcome or logon
screen. My friends computer where it has the button to
turn off in the corner instead of just saying turn off
the computer it says turn of "family name" computer. I
kinda like that so I was wondering how to do it.

Hi Jez,

Go to Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System then choose the
"Computer Name" Tab and enter whatever you want to call your computer.
