Personalised message upon replying

Hi

I've noticed on a few replies I've received that the sender has replied to
my message, then it shows my original message below it, prefixed with "Nik
([email protected]) wrote:-" (My email/contact details) and then displays my
original message, indented with a coloured (blue) line on the left of the
text.

How do I do this, It looks cool!

Outlook doesn't support such customizations.
