Personal Settings after administrator unlocks computer

A computer which is using Windows XP Professional on a network domain is
locked by its user. If an administrator unlocks it, will the first user be
logged off and the administrator login using its personal settings or will
the administrator be allowed to login into the first user´s desktop and open
applications ?

Unlocking by an administrator basically means just that.
The administrator unlocks the machine so someone else can logon.
IOW the user session will be logged out and the logon screen appears.
