PERSONAL script to run at logoff??

Dan Rawson

How can I create a personal script to run at logoff? I know that the
domain admin can do this, but I'd like to do it for my own account.

Searching technet doesn't turn up anything . . . .

Thanks . . .

This is almost exactly what I need to figure out as well. Check out
Torgeir's response to a similar question I had, "Schedule Task for Logoff?"

Basically a way of writting a script that checks to see if a user is logged
on, then execute the task. I haven't had a chance to test it out yet, but if
you figure out how to run a batch file on logoff, please post it, so I can
check it out :)

Sorry for the messy link

Nope, this is exactly what I DON'T need (something that the domain admin
can do by setting a Group Policy).

the above WILL work fine for a local machine, but only if you have XP Pro
(as XP Home does not include Group Policy).
