How do I add/revise a form in my Outlook 2003 Personal Forms Library?
I added a form several years ago in Outlook 97 using the instruction from
the "Help" search. I now want to update the form and a search of the local
"Help" and the "Online Help" produces NO appropriate results.
 
Tools --> Forms --> design a form --> personal forms library --> select form
--> make updates and then use Publish form button on the left.

Thanks for the tip. It helped, but after a bit of confussion.

I finally figured out that the links and the buttons on the screen do not
appear or function like the path provided when the e-mail is configured to us
MS Word as the edit tool.

Once I unchecked that choice in the "Options" menu, I was able to complete
the Form update.
