Personal folders vs. Mailbox folders

I'm running Outlook 2003. Started with Personal folders (mail, contacts,
calendar, etc...) and all my work is stored there. We recently got Exchange
Server and when that was installed, I now have a whole set of Mailbox
folders. I've noticed that to share my folders with other people on server,
they need to be in Mailbox folders, but I can't seem to get my email to
deposit there. Also, my navigation buttons all hyperlink to my Personal
folders, which makes using my Mailbox folders a teadous process.

Any idea on how to get my Mailbox folders become my default folders and get
rid of personal ones?

To make the Exchange mailbox the default go to Tools || Email Accounts ||
NEXT || at the bottom of the dialogue you will a field that says "Deliver
new email to the following location" use the drop down to select the
Mailbox.
To move the items from the pst then use drag/drop.

There is a setting on where to deliver incoming mail. From Outloook | Tools
| Services... | Delivery. See if the drop down contains what you are
looking for.

I have moved my email to Mailbox folders, but the rest of my folders default
to Personal Folders, making it unable for me to share.

Did you try what I suggested? Noel All basically said the same thing.
Another way you can change where your new e-mail arrives is by
right-clicking the Outlook icon on your desktop and choosing Properties |
Delivery | Deliver new email to the following location drop down and choose
where you want new email to arrive.
