Personal Folders transfer

Gone from old PC with XP & Office 2007 to new PC with Win 7 & same
Office.
I have a lot of emails attached to several Personal Folders in the
old.
Plse tell me how I can transfer the Personal Folders & the emails to
the new PC.
 
With outlook closed on old PC copy the data files to Documents folder on new
PC
On new PC configure Outlook then open the data files you copied
