Personal Folders Backup add-in not working with Outlook 2002

Has anyone been able to get the Personal Folders Backup
add-in to work with Outlook 2002? The file can be found
here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=8b081f3a-b7d0-4b16-b8af-
5a6322f4fd01&DisplayLang=en

A couple of people in my office have installed it, but
the backup option is nowhere to be found. And yes, I know
it says Outlook 2003 Add-in, but if you read the System
Requirements it says it is compatible with Outlook 2000,
2002 and 2003.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Sam B

Please be more specific than "it does not work."

What error message(s) are you getting? Does the process start at all? Do
you have any PDA or other software that would keep Outlook open after an
apparent shutdown? Franklin Covey PlanPlus? iPAQ? Palm? WinFax Pro?

There is no error message. The backup command that is
supposed to be available in Outlook after installing this
add-in is nowhere to be found.

For anyone else having this problem, try the following:

1. Go to Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options ->
COM Add-Ins -> Add

2. Select the outbak.dll file. It is probably located in
\program files\microsoft office\office\addins

You should now be able to access the backup add-in from
File -> Backup.
