I regret i gave up with this facility because:-

I have a good 56k connection but this is so very slow
indeed.
The ability to return to read replies and locate your own
query is at times impossible, so slow and can hang ( ping
shows all ok en route).
The small frame on the page is frankly silly and it can
take ages to back and fforward.
To send a report takes ages so I am using this in a honest
manner, I am not being rude, just honest.
I have given up, sorry!

perhaps if you used OE as your newsreader rather than Web interface, you
would find it INFINITELY better.
