Good evening,
Is there an easy way to save or export a personal distribution list in
Outlook 2000 to another computer? I've tried to save as a VCard, but the
option is unavailable. I can save it as an RTF file, but there doesn't
appear to be an option to import into a new PDL. This is not an exchange
environment, so each user has their own PST file. When I send the PDL as an
e-mail attachment, the recipient system sees it only as a forward message
(.msg) file and opens like an embedded e-mail message.
One option would be to export the contacts to a new pst file, open it on the
other computer and drag the necessary lists and contacts, but I was hoping
there was an easier way.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mark
