Personal Address Books

We have a global address book for the employees at my
agency.

But, I'd like to make additional personal address books
with e-mails of my media contacts, client contacts et al.

I set up the address books in the contacts section, but I
can't get Outlook to pull e-mail addresses from these
lists when I send an e-mail.

Also, when I try to check the box to have Outlook view it
as an e-mail address book, the option is not available.

Any ideas?

Are you enabling these Contacts Folders as email address books in their
properties?
