Personal Address Book - Outlook 2002

My user is using Outlook 2000 with personal address book as his default
address. After I upgraded it to Outlook 2002, Personal address book is
migrated to Outlook Contact. My user like to use Personal Address Book
rather than Outlook contact.

I can not find the old PAB file, how can I migrate Outlook contact back to
Personal Address Book and Personal address book as default...

The Personal Address Book is ancient and no longer applicable in Outlook
2002 and later.
