Persistent VPN Connection and Static IP Address

I used 3 vpn (pptp) connections (configured as persistent connection, additional interface in RRAS). These three machines must have static address IP (I used terminal services from others networks). So I set the static IP Address in DialIn' setting in Active Directory

Works fine, BUT sometimes, these machines change the IP (on the first available from group configured in RRAS)
I noticed, that is happens, when a internet connection hungs for a part od second ..

So I have manually disconnect them. They automatically reconnect and OK (proper IP addresses

Why do they have sometimes different IP address
Maybe I should create a script to reset RRAS once a night?

Why do they have sometimes different IP address?
This would happen if the client's static IP address is in use. Hence the
RRAS server gives the available IP. When the client gets a different IP than
the static one configured can you check if you can ping to the static IP. I
suspect that the disconnect is not happening properly.

I think that it is a problem of timeouts
How can I change the setting of the time, when RRAS server disconnects the broken connection
Is the any setting in configuration rras?

You can set the session time out and idle time out in RRAS snap-in using the
Remote Access Policy. This option is present in the Dial-in constraint tab.
