peronell working schedule

Hi, I'm trying to make the following, a schedule for personell which is
checking the total amount of working hours in reference periods.

I started with monday till sunday and tried to make those days a period
of 24 hours. This didn't work out

then i need simultanious the reference times check per minute.

per day, rer week per 4 weeks and per 13 weeks

total amount of working hours differs per reference check (need to be a
variable, i guess)

who can help me into the right direction
