Permissions to rename computer name!

I am trying to give my help desk permissions to change computer names, but
not manipulate anything else in AD. Because I am limiting permissions I do
not want to grant HD the Account Operators rights. Does anyone know what
the permissions needed for them to rename computers is? Create/Delete
Computer Objects in Advanced, etc...? Thanks in advance!
 
You need to delegate the permission to create computer objects and delete
computer objects in the OU where the workstations reside. They will also
need administrative access to the local machines.
