Permission Problem

Hi,

I have given access to a group of certain IT users to be able to
unlock, reset passwords, create new users and they also have Exchange
Admin access to create mailboxes / move / delete.

The problem I have is that they are unable to change there own
passwords through AD Users and Computers they are also unable to edit
or add new SMTP addresses.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Trevor

A bit more information, when accessing E-Mail Addresses Tab under AD
Users and Computers, and click edit I get the following message.

Access is Denied
Facility: Win32
ID no: c0070005
Microsoft Active Directory - Exchange Extension

If I run AD Users and Computers from the exchange server using runas
and using the same username as above, I have access to modify smtp
address and add addresses.

Thanks
Trevor

After upgrading my Adminpak to Windows 2003 SP1 and Exchange Management
to 2003 the problem has gone away.
