I am trying to make all the text just half the width of the page when both
creating a new message or replying to one.
I know how to do it per each message, but I need to default permanently so I
don't have to do it everytime.
Any suggestions -
Thanks - K

Version of Outlook?
Message format?
Word or Outlook as the email editor?
What method are you using now? Steps to reproduce?

Outlook 2003
Message format - normal
Outlook as e-mail editor

It's my mom's computer, and I am not near it, so I think I've gotten this
information right.
When she clicks on "reply", she wants the message to be shorter in width to
keep her text closer together -
Any ideas? Thanks - K

What do you mean by "normal"? Plain Text or HTML?

Could you post the exact steps you are using for this?

plain text.

Exact steps to change margain each time per each message - go to page set up
and change right margin to bring in text, or drag right hand ruler on ruler
bar to the left to move text over.
