Permanently Delete without holding shift?

Hi,

Does anyone now of a way to set Outlook to permanently delete items just by
hitting the delete button instead of Shift+Del?

you can set it to empty the delete folder at a particular time, i don't know
of a command to permanently delete with the delete key only...deleting the
entire folder would save you having to shift/delete each item...

No and this is a good thing for safety. Just shift +delete for spam and
delete to deleted items folder for everything else. You never know when you
need something inadvertently deleted.
