Periodic Problems with Network Connection (small business network)

Our server runs on 2000 Server. My PC runs on XP Pro. I seem to "lose" my
network connection several times each day causing my computer to freeze up.
Then I must reboot and everything is fine. Does anyone know why my PC is
losing it's network connection several times each day?? I offer a $100 cash
reward to anyone that gives me a tip to fix this problem.

you can use http://www.michna.com/kb/wxnet.htm to try to solve
the problem yourself. The web page won't accept any $$ either.

"SMB signing" shot through my head, but it could also be a
spyware infection, Winsock corruption, the like. Details in the
web site.

If you don't know how to do so, take the $100 and hire someone to check your
network equipment (cabling, switches, etc) for problems.
