certain web sites(mainly my bank) have a delayed reaction
when I move the mouse or input information on the site.
Is there a fix for this.

Nothing you can do at your side. You should contact the E-
banking dept. of your Bank.

BTW, how long is the delayed time, in a few ms or several
seconds?
