Performance Monitor from Remote System

How can I allow a non-admin person to run perfmon.exe
remotely w/o giving her admin rights to the server?

And is there a way to run perfmon.exe remotely w/o mapping
to the c$ share?

Change their performance monitor service to log in with administrative
capabilities, that should do it.
