PerfectNav. Problems

When trying to do my online banking, everytime I'm about to access the page
to put my passwords, etc. The PerfectNav.com page comes up stating that the
page I was looking for couldn't be found!? Yet, I was already in the banking
site. Help, Help

Sounds like you have spyware on your computer.

Kazaa 2.6 installs something called perfect nav which
takes over the search function of IE.
It must be removed manually from the registry or possibly
removed with adware, spyware removal tools.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
