Percents

I'm using the percent format in a form and cannot get
anything under 100% to show. I have 8 fields that need a
percentage in them, do I have to use a combo box for each?
 
The percent format will multiply the underlying value by 100 and place a
percent sign after it.

Example:
0.8 = 8%
8 = 800%
