percentiles

I'm trying to figure out a percentile. I have 100 test scores from 28
different people. I'm not sure if anyone knows anything about
Psychology either, but i have 5 differents constucts (or topics) and my
teacher said i have to compute a mean for each construct first but
after that i have no idea how to create a formula to figure out a
percentile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
