Percentages to include changing cell's color

Is it possible to have a formula or macro to change the
color of the cell based on a percentage in the cell?

Like if the percentage comes out to be 0% the cell should
be red.

If the percentage comes out to be 50% then the cell should
be yellow.

If the percentage comes out to be 100% then the cell
should be green.

Is it possible to have these colors automatically changed
instead of having to manually change them?
 
Take a look at Format / Conditional formatting

This allows you to set criteria and have cells patterns' or fonts change colours when
those criteria are met
