Hi,

I have a spreadsheet where I am trying to figure employee salar
increases.

B2 is 2002, C2 is 2003, E2 should show the percentage increase fro
2002 to 2003. Any ideas on how to do it?

Thanks,
Ric

B2 salary is 10000. C2 salary is 11000.

In E2 enter =(C2-B2)/B2 which will return 10% increase.

Format E2 as Percentage
