I am using excell. I have a list of values in a column starting at 4 and
ending at 19 and I would like the know the percent rank of each of the
values. When I calculate the percent rank of a number below 10, I have an
answer that makes sense. For numbers 10 or larger, for example 19, I have
answers that do not make sense. In fact, I think the calculation is made by
counting the percentage of 1 and the percent of 9, because the outcome is 94%
and it should be more like 2%. Please let me know how I can find the percent
rank of the double-digit numbers
