remove,I get the following message every time I scan,
despite being told that it was removed in the previous
scan:

- Restart in safe mode and try again with deepscan. (press
F8 during
reboot), before scanning do step 1 and 2 from below URL.

In safe mode, on the Scan Page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan.
