Hi, I would like to know if anybody has the patch KB885453 due to it is not
available at the microsoft site. Is there anybody could help me with this?

Contact Microsoft for it, as explained at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885453

Getting a patch any other way, or from any other source, is foolhardy.
Accepting any executable software from a stranger on a newsgroup (as
you seem to asking for) is just looking for trouble.
