pdfmaker (acrobat 5) compatible with word 2003?

I installed acrobat 5.0.5 , and in word 2003 does not appear pdfmaker buttons
neither appears acrobat on the menu bar , i tried to customize toolbars but
pdfmake is not available.

I need tu know if this caused by a compatibilty problem between acrobat 5
and word 2003.

I'm using windows XP

Acrobat 5 (with the latest updates) works with Office 2003, but predates it
so does not recognize its folder structure if you install Acrobat after
Office. Make sure that pdfmaker.dot (from Adobe's folder) is located in the
correct office startup folder -
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP and that when prompted
you set Word to trust the add-in.
