pdf to excel

Is there any way at all that when I receive a pdf file
that I can convert it to excel. I know the idea behind
the pdf but they are useless to me (financial reports)
when I am trying to do any type of analysis. I only have
the acrobat reader and I am sent the files (I am not the
creator of the pdf).

Hi Allison
you can try to copy the data (if the creator of the PDF file allows
this) and paste it into Excel. but you probably have to reformat this
outcome.
So unless you can ask the creator for a file which can be processed
probably not much chances to get the raw data easily
