pdf reports open source

Hi,

Sorry to be bothersome with this question, but is there any VB.net open
source applications that allows me to create pdfs on the fly or able to
convert .txt files to .pdf files. I am in a bind here and any help would be
appreciated.

More explicitly, http://itextsharp.sourceforge.net/ is the English version
of iTextSharp. From there you can download the iTextSharp.dll, add it to
your project and have at it.

I have worked a bit with it in a Windows Desktop application and will do
more when time permits. If you want to use it on the Internet, you will
need permission to put the dll on the site--something most of the sites I
deal with will not allow.
