PDF FILES

I am unable to open pdf's. I just get a blank screen with nothing there no
matter what pdf reader I use. can you please help me.

It is really adobe issue not MS, but I will give it a shot in the daylight
LOL.
Uninstall any adobe Version you installed and make sure you delete all the
traces left behind by searching your system for it.
Then run a Disk clean up and delete the temp folders as :

C:\Windows\Temp\Cookies =
C:\Windows\Temp\History =
C:\Windows\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 =
Then Run check disk on reboot and try to install then access any PDF, does
it help?.

Which PDF readers (and versions) have you tried so far? Are you trying
to open a PDF that you downloaded or are you trying to view it in your
browser?

OK so do I - the answer is to right click on the page and save the file - then read it.
Seems to be something that recently has happened with Firefox.
