If you only have the free acrobat reader the only way that I am aware
of is to select and copy the whole document and paste into XL. Then
you can delete all the bits that you do not need. In most cases this
is impractical therefore not possible. If this is the case then your
only other option would be to purchase a full Acrobat program that
would then allow you to be selective in the data copied
