If you are using PPT 2007, go to Microsoft and download the free SAVE AS PDF
add-in. It works great.
If you are using earlier version a PDF print driver is needed. Either with
Acrobat installed (full version, not just the reader) or one of the free
ones (I have tested Primo PDF and had good results). Go to print the
presentation, but change the printer to the PDF driver.
