How do I convert a word document (with text boxes) to a pdf file?

By using third party PDF creation software such as Acrobat or one of its
lesser clones e.g. PrimoPDF. The text boxes are irrelevant to the issue.

Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...11-3E7E-4AE6-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en
and download "2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS".

Alternatively, you can use the MagicPDF printer driver, freeware available
from http://www.magicpdf.com. It is slightly more practical than PrimoPDF.
