Pdf file

I am on a secure sight and am having a problem generating a pdf file. I
receive a message (your requested report is being generated)

I do not have a problem when I am at another site.and It is only one
section of this site where I have the problem

I first noticed thie when I installed norton system works. Their solution
was to reinstall the program.

That did not work

If you uninstall Norton, does that correct the problem?

Do you mean completly remove it and leave nothing.

The computer is at my office and I will not be back there until Thurs
I will remove it at that time

Before removing Norton, try to stop it from activating in the Startup
and see if that solves the problem.
Start>Run>type MSCONFIG and click OK>click the Startup tab and
uncheck/disable Norton System Works>Apply>Close>Reboot. Now
try to generate the PDF file. Good luck & happy putering :~)

I removed Norton and I am still having the problem. A friend told me I might
be a pop up blocker.

i have disabled the pop up blocker that did not help
I then enabled it again
