pdf file creation WITH BOOKMARKS

Anyone know a good way to create a pdf file from a report and also have
numerous bookmarks in the pdf.

Specifically they want a section at the top of the report with
links/bookmarks to jump the user down to the exact group (based on one level
of grouping in the report).

I'm willing to pay for a third party product,

Just stumbled across novapdf which looks like it will work out for me.
It does runtime bookmark creation based on rules (such as when I see Arial
16, I create a bookmark)
I downloaded the trial and did a quick test and it looks good!

If anyone knows of something else let me know.
