PDF ActiveX / OCX free Viewer?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone here could point me in the right direction.
Are there any available PDF viewer ActiveX controls out there which
are slick, load fast, don't show any buttons and expecially don't
update themselves? (in other words I simply mean the very opposite of
the Adobe PDF OCX ).

Last but not least.. if it was free, then it would be just perfect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
