How to configure the Windows 2000 Advanced Server as PDC. Already my network is running in windows NT PDC server .
 
In Win 2k the DCs are multimaster mode. There is the PDC emulator role that
can be assigned to a DC.

What are you trying to do?

IF You want to use Windows 200 Server as DC in this network You will
have to upgrade Your domain to windows 2000 level, through Youd current
PDC upgrade to WIndows 2000. Then You can add additional DCs based on
WIndows 2000 or NT (as long as AD will run in mixed mode NT 4.0 DC's can
be a BDC in such domain)
